Self-sampling Kits
Self-sampling kits are a quick and easy way to test for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Your gender identity and the kinds of sex you have will determine which samples are requested as part of your testing kit. Samples can include a urine, blood, mouth, vaginal and rectal sample.
There are two ways to access self-sampling kits.
Order a self-sampling kit
Self-sampling STI test kits are easy to order and easy to use.
If you live in Leicester, you can order them from SH.UK.
If you live in Leicestershire or Rutland, you can order them from SH:24.
Pick up a self-sampling kit
We have self-sampling kits you can collect and activate at the Trade office or at our outreach events. We advise you on how to effectively complete your samples and support you with your blood sample. We’ll even post off your test samples to make sure it gets to the lab quickly.
