TnT Xtra
TnT xtra is a substance harm reduction and testing service for LGBTQ+ people from Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland who attend chills and engage in HnH play. The service is run jointly by Trade, Turning Point, and Leicester Sexual Health. Together we help you look after your mental, physical and sexual health.

TnT xtra is here to create a safe, non-judgmental, confidential drop-in service focused on the needs and experiences of the local LGBTQ+ community. We can support you with:
- Practical advice on safer chills and HnH play
- PrEP consultations, vaccinations, and STI/HIV screening
- A pick and mix needle exchange service
- An open discussion about the best harm reduction options for your sexual health and chems use
We are here to help and support you by creating an accessible service where you can get practical advice about substance use. Our emphasis is on harm reduction.
