PrEP Clinic
PrEP stands for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis. It is a way of preventing HIV transmission by taking medicine before and after sex. PrEP is taken by people who don’t have HIV, to prevent them from getting HIV.

This fortnightly clinic is for people who are starting PrEP for the first time (or who have moved to Leicester and Leicestershire and are seeking a prescription locally for the first time).
If you are already taking PrEP, this clinic is not for you, but you are welcome to access our weekly Clinic xtra service, where PrEP is also available.
