TnT is here to create a safe, non-judgmental, confidential drop-in service focused on the needs and experiences of the local LGBTQ+ community. We can support you with:

• Practical advice about using different substances (from alcohol to chems)
• Safer injecting of substances, no matter why you’re using them (including support for people injecting hormones themselves)
• A pick and mix needle exchange
• Advice on safer chillouts
• An open discussion about the best options for you across a range of treatment pathways.

We are here to help and support you by creating an accessible service where you can get practical advice about substance use. Our emphasis is on harm reduction.

You decide what you want from us, there’s no requirement to be substance free.

Who: For LGBTQ+ people living in Leicester, Leicestershire or Rutland

When: Thursdays, 4-6pm (drop-in)

Where: Trade office, Leicester
